3. If you have been advised by a doctor to self-isolate at this time
4. If you are suffering now or have suffered any of the following symptoms in
the past 14 days (Cough, fever, high temperature, sore throat, runny nose,
breathlessness or flu-like symptoms, rash, loss of smell or taste)
5. If you have returned to Ireland from any other country within the last 14
days before 6pm on the previous day
