Park at Knockananig Reservoir car park (2.2 m overhead barrier clearance) and walk 1.7 km to the Start area (absolutely no parking available on very narrow roads. Milk lorries use the roads every day of the week collecting milk from local farmers). West of Glenabo Wood on the north side of the Nagle Mountains (approach the area from Duntahene Road in Fermoy or from Rathcorman Mountain).

A few parking spaces available for full cars only about 500 m from the Starts area (details available at Registration in Knockananig car park)
