Sunday 22nd CARRIGRENAN PARK, Little Island (High Tide 0603 & 1826). 

On entering Little Island, go straight through the Roundabout and about 200 m at the next set of traffic lights / K Circle Service Station turn left. Pass St. Joseph's Cemetery and Church of St. Joseph, both on your left. Take the first right, about 200 m after the church and this cul-de-sac takes you to a small car park / children's playground (best to park on the road outside the car park).

Sunday 8th MOUNTLEADER WOOD, Millstreet Town (park on main road outside the entrance leading to Alps Engineering)

Follow tapes for 500m along roads to Registration/start/finish.
