Sunday 18th THE MANCH, Ballineen (privately owned but leased to Irish Natural Forestry Foundation until 2023), a special event, details to follow.

(1.2 km west of Carberry Milk Products factory, take a dirt road northwards for 400 m to a farm yard)

Orange course 3.7 km, 00 m climb, 16 controls
Red course 7.3 km, 50 m, 27 c
Green course 11.0 km, 50 m, 41 c

The owners of Manch are involved with the Clonakilty Lodge Direct Provision Centre / West Cork Development Partnership and are looking for a few volunteers, at about 1 pm to explain / take people from that centre around the short orienteering course at Manch on 18th July.

KILCORAN WOOD & Open Moorlands

Orange, Red, Green, Blue and Brown courses with IOA pre-entry.
Pre-Entries open on previous Sunday evening and close on the day before (Saturday 10th) at 3pm

Start is about 750m distance/ 80m climb along a good forest road (from main road / registration / download)
